I cancelled my coverage through them November 2024, and was still being charged for a portion of the coverage through January even after specifying to terminate allll coverage. Received another bill January 2025, paid it instead of continuing to argue with them. After going back and forth with them, was told it was handled and all coverage was finally cancelled. Just received another bill due June 2, 2025. I literally cancelled all coverage and continue to get billed. Emailed them about it and asked them to fix the issue and haven’t heard back! Will be contacting an attorney if this issue isn’t resolved after contacting corporate!
